As I see it . . . . . . .

Success is won

1980 United States Olympic hockey team won the gold medal on the ice of the 1980 Olympics.

What earned the team the Olympic Gold medal was the preparation leading up to the games . . . . The team was not considered to be a front runner . . . . or picked to win the gold medal.

What they did have . . . . was a belief that they could win the gold medal at the Olympics . . . . They also had the dedication to work hard  . . . . and to prepare themselves as a team to win.

Leading up to the Olympics was not easy . . . . It was a grind to put in the hard work to make them competitive. With hard work, a lot of sweat they prepared themselves to be Olympic Champions.

To win at business you have to prepare yourself to win . . . . You have to keep your head in the game . . . . and there will be a lot of hard work involved . . . . to get you to the forefront of your field.

Many athletes . . . . teams . . . . sales professionals . . . . and businesses fail in the preparation which will result in failure of their endeavors.

Success is won . . . . with hard work. . . .  and preparation.
