Habits, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - ActiveRain Challenge
We all have them, habits that is. Some are good, some not so good. When we can master good habits, our lives and businesses are enriched. The bad ones tend to drag us down and are generally not good for us or our health.
The ugly ones are downright bad for us, may offend others and might even make us feel guilty that we still hang on to them. Some of us may have been fighting these ugly habits for a very long time. Others may have prevailed and shaken free.
Here is the challenge...
Good Habit- Tell us about a good habit you have and how you made it part of your lifestyle or business. Explain why you committed to do it and how long it took you for it to become part of your routine. Share why you are glad it is part of your life and encourage others to give it a try.
Bad Habit- Confess a bad habit of yours. It could be something as innocent as biting your nails or eating in the middle of the night. Is this a habit that you wish you could break or do you consider it one of life's little pleasures? Come on, give us the scoop, and promise we won't judge.
Ugly Habit- I suspect some of our members may have kicked some ugly habits. I know I have. Others may feel that they have fallen victim and it is just the way it is. Whatever your ugly little habit may have been or still is, tell us why you held on to it (maybe you don't think it that bad) or how you have been able to overcome it. If you have broken free, tell how you did it and was it worth it. If you plan to stop an ugly habit tell us when you plan to kick it to the wind.
