There were 12 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot compared to 11 last week (This is good!). Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 128, compared to last weeks 84 days (Old stock is moving because they dropped their prices). Over all homes sold slower and for a little less money per square foot this week.
The chart above is the total MLS activity for the week. This includes ALL types of properties as well as all cities in our MLS. The chart below is very restrictive as explained below.
Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 12 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $523,600. and it was on the market for 115 days. The least expensive home sold for $11,000. and it was on the market for 140 days (this was an uninhabitable home purchased for the lot). Average days on market for the 11 homes sold was 84. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $103.69.
