The image below is the original picture (prior to processing), we thought we might use. Most of you know that I collaborate with my husband on all our marketing and photography. The bottom picture with this wonderful fur baby was a pic we could not pass up.
You get to see this in raw format taken right from the camera prior to processing in LightRoom (LR). After completely processing it, we decided that the room was too full of furniture. Sometimes you need to see the picture before it really registers that the room is cluttered!
The puppy was the focus in this image. It is in the original raw format to show the additional processing needed to bring it up to professional quality.
Furniture Was Removed
We removed 3 chairs and moved the ottoman to the left side to open the window area up and mainly to bring the focus back to the beautiful fireplace and mantel which is the center of the photo.
Exposure was opened up as well as a temperture shift to a cooler white balance. The color in the wood features was highlighted to show off the warm features of the beams, mantel and entertainment center.
This beautiful Sedona home was in contract on first day.
