Accepted Offer - Gorgeous Oconomowoc Ranch with the Hansons !

   We enjoy working with Relocating Buyers and Sellers....and this weekend was no exception.  Our Buyers from New Jersey

had a short window of timeto look....in a market withThinventory....we went to work scouring Waukesha county where Mrs. Buyer works in Brookfield and finding the ranch with room for their dog to roam.....and a man cave....a great kitchen ...their dream was a ranch.....and the search began before they arrived.

    Our MLS has a status called Delayed and searching everywhere....including Delayed produced what we could feel in our bones was going to be the house they called home.  To get a jump on the avalanche  of Buyers  we looked the first available evening and while we could not see the details of the lot .....the psychic prediction would come true less than 24 hours later when we took a second look in the daylight with family from Michigan in tow.  The view of the pond is from the patio off the great room and dinette ....ahhhh solitude after a busy day.

      The Man cave was just the thing with a bar and pool table and the imagined entertaining that would be in their future.  This really WAS the house that they would call home....it has been well maintained and the inspection and radon test have been scheduled.
