YOU ARE BRAND NEW – THE COMMON-SENSE THING TO DO TO HELP YOU

1 Get your lock box key and make it a point to schedule twice a week every week to preview 20 homes.

YOU ARE NEW! You do NOT know the market, this costs you ZERO, call listing agents, conform availability, and get out there and preview homes, 10 of them twice a week.

2 Visit three Toastmaster clubs, twice each, and then invest $68. And join the group you feel most comfortable with.

3 Tell everyone you know in the city you live in by face to face TALKING or by calling and TALKING on the telephone, 30 days before you get your license, what you are about to do. And ASK for business!

4 Decide before you get your license, what your goals, and plans are for the real estate market.

5 Practice and prepare, after three months in Toastmasters give a seven-minute speech titled: 3 Things Most Buyers Do Not Know About Buying a Home and 3 Things Most Sellers Do Not Know About Selling a Home.

This will be your easiest business EVER! I KNOW I have done it two to nine times in every club I am in.
