When I was introduced to eXp Realty, it was a one-hour presentation by a man who retired about 10 years ago from Keller Williams.

Instead of walking away, I went back the next Wednesday, to hear again.

Then the following week I went back again.                                                              

Then the fourth time of hearing this it begins to blossom in my mind, as to what is possible for Realtors here.

1 To me the word FREE is over used, so I will not use it here but say one benefit to eXp Realty is YOU SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS because the brokerage offers to you at NO COST a CRM.

Many agents pay thousands of dollars a year for a CRM I have heard, just for this one item.

2 Computer repair service is offered at NO COST, for the past 10 years I have been paying $35 to $45. Dollars a month for this service with a company called: MY COMPUTER WORKS.

Where they take control of my computer and fix the problem. $500. X 10 THAT IS $5,000 I have dished out! Now there is NO COST because of this offering of eXp Realty.

3 From how the stock options work, it is a proven fact, based on my work, by the time I am with the company one year, there will be over $100,000 I will have earned in stock.

Yes, I know stock can go up and go down, and eXp Realty stock about one to two years ago was $2. A share, and in the past week it is around $15.95
