Booster the people around you
People want to associate with outstanding leaders . . . . they feel comfort being in their presence and working with them.
The leader boosters a person’s self-esteem and will be there to offer a person a hand up, a pat on the back . . . . They know when a person needs a push and they know when they need to be pulled forward.
Outstanding leaders earn the respect of the people that they come in contact with and they draw the best out of people around them . . . . They allow people to grow as an individual to reach their full potential and will support them through their mistakes.
Booster the people around you . . . . and will make the people around them better and more productive.
When you booster the people around you . . . . you become the go to person and be seen as leader in your profession.
