Focus on What’s Really Important to You
Lou urged us to focus on what is truly important in what we're trying to do. Are you doing something just because someone told you to or you think you should? Ask yourself what is really important and when you do, your priorities will fall into place.
Focus on What’s Really Important to You
“Where you are headed is more important than how fast you are
going. Rather than always focusing in what’s urgent learn to
focus on what’s really important."
Stephen Covey 1932 – 2012, Educator, Author, Businessman,
Keynote Speaker
As I see it . . . . . . .
Focus on what’s really important to you
There’s very important question to ask yourself . . . . at the start of your day.
Ask yourself what you will have to do today that’s important to you. . . . to move you closer to achieve my goals and to live my dreams.
Next question is to ask yourself . . . . are they on your to do list for today?
Focusing on doing what’s important . . . . keeps you centered on your priorities and what important to you. Without that focus you can drift off course in a blink of an eye . . . . You will find yourself majoring in the minors and wasting a lot of your time with very little return for your efforts.
There is no straight line to success . . . . but the straightest line comes in doing what’s important to you . . . . to reach and achieve your objectives.
