This is a limited access community with only one access road to Harlem Lane which makes it nice and private. There is also great green space too which makes the neighborhood feel less urban. There are several different floor plans, each with 3 bedrooms and at least 2 1/2 baths, some with 2 half baths, some with 3 1/2 baths, all with lower levels (many with walkout basements). There is no assigned parking in the community and the streets are serviced by Baltimore County for snow removal.
Homes in this neighborhood are in the affordable price range and during the past year have sold between $250,000 to $270,000 and with Baltimore County taxes, Baltimore City water and low Homeowner’s Association fees this could be a great choice for new homeowners. With so little inventory available for purchase prices are seeing some increase.

This home has a separate kitchen, dining room, living room, finished basement and 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Because there are so few homes for sale and good demand it is a great indicator for seller's thinking about selling in this great neighborhood. Well priced homes sell very quickly in Maple Woods.
Maple Woods is also the community that my son and I call home. We have lived here for 3 years and love it and all it has to offer.
