Offer Accepted at 36 Dale St Franklin MA A Todaro Team Listing. This Home was a postcard call and they also saw two of our pending riders on the next street.
 
Monday, one week ago, I did a Coming Soon post; tuesday professional photos were taken; Wed. this home went into MLS with no showings until the First Open House on Sunday (yesterday.) 
 
The open house was packed with people and several offers came in (all over list price.) Today, we have an offer accepted. 
 
That's our favorite routine used to introduce a new listing..... It works well for us.
