When the phone stops ringing, change the path. The journey never stops. The marketing method remains the same. Only the direction changes.
I purchased a database of homeowners who were within the age range of 65 to 80. The mailing was sent out 4 days ago and landed yesterday. The first call came in today.
My game plan was to continue to buy a database of names and addresses in each of the surrounding towns, for that age range of homeowners, if we receive just one call. I’m now on a roll.
Target marketing is the most successful method of marketing. The timing was just perfect for this marketing piece. They called today, and the “temperature outside is below zero.”
I’m hoping they want a referral to a warmer climate. If that’s the case, I know where to find the right agent, no matter what the state may be.
