Get your last 2 years tax returns ready, last 3 months bank statements, last 2 pay stubs and make a list of all your debt.
5. YOU FOUND YOUR DREAM HOME - WHAT IS NEXT?: You found a great agent. You got ore approved. NOW you found the perfect home on the market. Go see it. Go quickly. Be ready to make an offer. Your agent should guide you what the house is worth in today's market. REMEMBER asking prices are just that. Some may be at market price, some may be lower to entice a bidding war and some are even over priced.
