We WANT to find your perfect home.
We really do.
You want a certain area.
You want a certain price range.
You have a certain time frame.
And you have a certain set of features you want in your perfect home.
And in a perfect world that perfect home exists and all the criteria can be met and it's all simple.
But...
Finding the perfect home is done in an imperfect market, so finding the perfect home might not be simple for any one of a variety of reasons.
There may be an extreme shortage of homes for sale.
The type of home that was common where you came from may not be so common here.
Or your budget doesn't quite match up with the actual selling prices of your perfect home.
So what's to be done?
We have to examine each of your criteria and determine which one can be altered.
Maybe that means bumping up your price range.
Maybe that means considering a different school district.
Maybe it means making do with a 2 car garage instead of a 3 car garage.
Maybe a finished basement will have to wait and you consider a home with an unfinished basement.
Or maybe a ranch home isn't a must have, but a first floor master is the critical feature.
Or maybe you need to give your home search more time to find the right home.
So while we might not find the PERFECT home, you can find an ALMOST perfect home and make it perfect in time.
We just have to make ONE change in your home search.
