Hello Endre - why choose?  And if choosing is part of the "test" I think "a taste" needs to be involved.

Always love a good salad . I watched Dr. Joel Furman on PBS who encourages you to reverse your dinners . Make salad the Main Course and reduce meat to an appetizer.
