Just a Thought...You Don’t Have to Blog to Participate

Everyone has been so busy this year, it’s been hard to find time to write a post much less comment on other posts. 

Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400  and I were speaking a few weeks ago about our Zoom meetings. They were fun, informative, and gave members a way to be a part of the community.

And, that is what I wanted to share with you (thank you, Margaret, for the suggestion)

While ActiveRain is known as a blogging or social media platform for those in the Real Estate industry and related fields, the community offers so much more.

Don’t feel like you can’t participate or be a part of the community if you don’t put out a steady stream of posts. Yes, they can be the bread and butter of your marketing efforts but it’s always your choice. 

Besides reading and commenting on the posts of others, you can join us at our Zoom meetings.

Marie Story got all of this started. She, like many others, was in shelter-at-home mode and wanted a way to connect. What better way than to “have coffee” with your ActiveRain friends. THANK YOU...MARIE!!!

Since last year, we have been meeting at 2 PM EST on Tuesdays. There is a topic and presenter for the majority of the meetings. We have learned about Accessory Dwelling Units, Feng Shui, Direct Mail Marketing, Cybersecurity, Marketing Reports, Using Google, and so much more!

You don’t have to say a word unless you want to. You don’t even have to show your face although we’d love to see it. 

The Zoom meetings are a good way to “meet” the other members and get to know them. 

If you have a topic that you’d like to share or that you’d love to have discussed...just let us all know.

Our Zoom meetings are open to everyone, whether or not you have written 1 or 100 blogs.
