Today was the settlement for this contemporary Stevenson rancher. This property turned out to be the right home for my special buyers.

It never hit the market, but we were able to get an appointment with the gracious seller, an attorney, and make an offer that was hard to refuse.

That was the second week of November, and today, December 29, the buyers signed for this forever home.

I love selling homes between Thanksgiving and New Year.

I wish the buyers many years of making happy memories in their new home.
