Average days on market were 10 days, three days higher than in the Fourth Quarter one year ago. Median days on market were just three days during the Fourth Quarter 2021.
Average sale price of homes in Crismark in the fourth quarter was $438,031, up an astonishing 48.01% year-over-year. The median sale price was $405,500, up 39.35% year-over-year. Home prices ranged from $340,000 to a high of $625,000.
Crismark homes sold at 103.9% of listing price. Buyers had virtually no room to negotiate on price in this popular community, as all but two of the 16 homes that sold in this quarter sold over asking price.
As the Fourth Quarter 2021 ended, NO homes in Crismark were listed for sale and NO homes were under contract.

THE ENCLAVES AT CRISMARK
The Enclaves at Crismark had seven sales in Quarter 4-2021, three more than in the same quarter one year ago. Five homes were listed in the fourth quarter, two more than in the fourth quarter one year ago.
Average days on market were 11 days, while median days on market were just three days.
Average sale price of homes in The Enclaves at Crismark in the fourth quarter was $601,257, up 30.29% year-over-year. The median sale price was $591,900, up 27.99% year-over-year. Home prices ranged from $519,000 to a high of $738,000. The Enclaves at Crismark homes sold at 101.3% of listing price. Again, no real room for buyers to negotiate.
As the Fourth Quarter 2021 ended, NO homes in The Enclaves at Crismark were listed for sale and NO homes were under contract.

CRISMARK: AN AFFORDABLE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE:
Crismark neighborhood residents enjoy two pools and clubhouses, tennis courts, a soccer field, walking trails, and playground--a country club lifestyle without the country club cost.
One of the largest neighborhoods in Indian Trail with about 900 homes, Crismark homes range in price from the low $300,000's to the $600,000's. Homes range in size from under 1,800 square feet to 4,000 square feet and feature three bedrooms up to six bedrooms. In other words... something for everyone from first time buyers to empty nesters to young families.
The average age of recently sold homes in the community is 14 years, with some of the sold homes built as early as 2002 and others as recently as 2015. Builders in the community included a mix of both production and custom builders: Cambridge Homes, Eastwood, Edwards Construction, Dublin Homes, Westport Homes. Bonterra Builders developed the Enclave section of Crismark where home prices range from the low $500,000's to the $700,000's.
