I have a fantastic website that gathers me lots of leads. One thing I am telling these customers and potential clients is, "tell me exactly what you are looking for and I will research through old sales and contact the owner to see if they want to sell".
As you all know listings are few and far between especially in the Dyersburg Real Estate market.
What are you other agents doing to keep your sales up and also help your clients? So far this new twist that I am trying is working! It is working for both buyers and sellers.
We are also selling a lot of fsbo houses and they are agreeing to pay 1/2 the typical listing commission at the closing.
