MEMORIAL DAY IS FOR REMEMBERING

Memorial Day was established to honor that many who died in the Civil War and today it is for all of our fallen in all wars.  The flags are normally at half staff although they may stay at half staff this time to remember the lives lost in Texas.

Our neighborhood, Victoria Parc at Tradition, did a fund raiser for families of fallen soldiers.  The young person below is selling lemonade.

Later in the day people decorated their golf carts like the one below.

Hope everyone takes time to remember and then enjoy back yard BBQ.
