Congratulations to my relocation family on their new Colorado home! They have been here for a few months now, and just love it, but now they have a home to enjoy! They would have rather found a home with acreage, but they LOVED this home, and was so meticulously maintained. It is quite a bit larger than they would have liked - but now they are now limited on how many visitors they can have! The neighbors are great and are looking forward to the block parties!
Once my California relocation couple got their home sold and returned from their European trip, it was time to hit the bricks! They have temporary housing, so wasn't like it was urgent, but they were looking forward to SEEING the homes versus just online.
We were going out almost every single evening after work, and they got their feet wet seeing what was available, and how the market is doing. Of course, it has slowed down, but of course, the one they absolutely wanted, after 3 weeks on the market, another offer came in, offered more, and my buyers went to back-up position.
But, over the weekend, they saw another home they loved but wished there was some land. They made a compromise and decided to write. It is impeccably maintained and ticks all but the land boxes! Of course, there was another offer.... but this time they won the bid!
