Power Hour is Solid Gold!

At the Gold Coast (Ill.) market center, associates are beating the odds with their Power Hour lead generating sessions.

Veteran agent Frank Polancic chose to make cold calls to specific neighborhoods and came out of the hour with two listing appointments. New agent Janee Lester chose to call her "met" database from her previous career and ended the week with a new buyer and a new rental client. Paul Popp attended two days of Power Hour and already has a buyer lined up who wants to make a move in 90 days. New agent Drew Hubrig chose to call his "met" database of former co-workers and signed a $600,000 listing agreement for a new seller.

What a week! Trish Reinert, regional operating manager, says she is so encouraged by these agents' focus and enthusiasm. They are doing it…are you?

The First Edition of the Keller Center Research Report Now Available

The Keller Center in Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business has just released its Keller Center Research Report. Published tri-annually, this report brings you valuable articles with practical insights for improving day-to-day operations and long-term strategies for your business.

The Keller Center was established in February of 2007 when Gary Keller donated $5 million to his Alma Mater, Baylor University in Waco, Texas. “The goal of the Keller Center [is] to study the issues that are pressing for real estate companies and agents in today’s marketplace,” Keller says. The Keller Center Research Report aims to bridge the gap between the center's academic research and real-life application for the real estate industry.
