The back yard and pool area is absolutely stunning. And it is amazing what a fresh can of paint can do to a room. I try to tell people this all the time.

I love the hardwood and tile flooring. The paint in the dining room really makes it shine. Great photos.

I too love the landscaping and back yard. That would sell me in a second! But very, very nicely done!

If you can move the property to South Carolina, you got a deal.

It is amazing what a difference painting can make.

I had a client I did a new home in Bergen county some time back get relocated to Texas, he had built a new home in Texas when he moved there and than was moving back here. (3 MOVES). Corporate relocation's. We figured it was about 1/2 the price minimally in Texas to northern Bergen county.

I agree with Lanre, whichever camera was used (if it wasn't the settings themselves) did a fantastic job presenting the lighting. It definetely appears a wide angle lens was used perhaps. Very stunning pictures.
