Naked Ladies, Hard Bodies and Bodies in Motion

As we grow older our bodies will become flabby and it doesn't want to move.  When we were younger we weren't embarrassed about showing our bodies off to anybody that would care to look.  Hence the bikini, what there is of it nowadays, muscle shirts or no shirt at all!!

On the TV series The Biggest Loser they have several people that will keep everyone moving.  One of those people is Alison Sweeney.  I kinda think of her as my office manager, in a manner of speaking.  Stop and think about it for just a minute, Alison does the end of week weigh in, meets the participants at their terrain challenge, doles out the different prizes won during the week and sends people packing after they have been voted off of the ranch.  My office manager is like that, he keeps me on track when I am down making sure that I am doing what I need to be doing and keeping me on track.  He gives me my check when they are ready and ask when the next one will be coming in, what a prize this is. And he sends people packing when needed.

I have found that as long as my body keeps moving it doesn't have a chance to get flabby and beaten down by negative chatter around the office coffee pot.  You know how that chatter goes, Oh have you see that smarty pants agent bragging about how many closings they have had this month.  They are always doing something to make us jealous.  Gosh, what are they doing that we aren't?  They just make me sooooo mad!!

The HARD BODIED, NAKED TRUTH IS if I am going to be a winner at the end of the day this body needs to be in motion doing something all day.  It needs to be exercised on a regular basis.  I know when I exercise and do the things that I am supposed to do I sure feel better at the end of the day.  And so does the wife when the prize $$$ comes in.  Now momma is happy and so am I.
