Avg. Sale price (Solds): $198,534 (Down 4% from Aug. '08, Down 29% from Sept. '07)
Avg. price per sq. ft. (Solds): $110.80 (Down $8.39 per Sq. Ft. from Aug. '08, Down 34% from Sept. '07)
Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 101 (Down 11 days from Aug. '08, Down 2 days, 2% from Sept. '07)
