Denver Photo Journal - Week #4
These photos were taken around in southern parts of Denver area, in Douglas County. There are lots of wild and not so wild animals around in Colorado for a great photo opportunity.

Animal sightings in Douglas County Colorado
There are several areas in Douglas County that you can find hourse property. Here are a couple of friendly horses. The darker one lives in MacArthur Ranch area and the white horse roams in the Daniels Gate area near Castle Pines North.
A herd of Buffalo lives in the same Daniels Gate area. Great place to go see real Buffalos!
The people living in the houses in the background get to enjoy the buffalo sightings daily.
A little bit closer to home, this friendly bunny rabbit likes our grass!
This grasshopper was resting on Brian's backpack this summer.
This little fellow was chewing on something next to a trail.
I used Picasa to "tweak" the photos and photoscape to edit the photos and add cool frames.
