Ada and not far from the village of Cascade,this subdivision is near 28th

Street shopping, the Thornapple and the Grand Rivers.

The Absorption Rate for Ada Moorings Homes is 3.3 months, which means if

no new listings come on the market it will take 3.3 months for the existing

homes to sell at the current rate of sales.  The average list price has dropped

 $20,000 in the last quarter of 2008 and into the 2009, which means sellers

are closer to the actual market price. The average sale price has stayed the

 same.  The market is good in Ada Moorings, 3.3 months is a great absorption

Diane: This is a small subdivision in our area with a 100 or so homes in it. The days on Market in most of the township is somewhat higher. Prices appear to be soft but stable.
