TEENA THIBEAULT - Client Care Manager. Teena brings a background in real estate administration & marketing. Her experience with technology is useful in marketing and following up on showings. Her sweet spots are her attention to detail and her ability to think ahead. This helps ensure that all transactions run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: While raising my family I worked in real estate related activities for over 15 years before receiving my real estate license in 1996. After experiencing tremendous satisfaction working with seniors I earned the "Seniors Real Estate Specialist®" designation in 2007. In 2009 earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation, and in 2010 the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Specialist) designation. Continuing education is important to me, and helps me better serve my clients.
Focusing primarily on the mid-Peninsula and Silicon Valley, I cover a wide area and have represented clients in the purchase and sale of homes in San Francisco, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San Jose.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND: I bring to my real estate practice the entrepreneurial skills developed in creating and operating a successful bookkeeping service. A Peninsula resident since 1971, I am married to Gene, a Silicon Valley engineer, have two grown daughters, and am actively involved in raising my teen-aged granddaughter. I am a strong supporter of the San Carlos Education Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank, Children's Miracle Network, and other community organizations. I greatly enjoyed participating in Coldwell Banker's Habitat for Humanity drive, and volunteering with RSVP (Realtors Service Volunteer Program.)

"In July, we spotted a home that we thought might soon appear on the market, kept an eye on it and sure enough, it quickly had a "coming soon" sign on the front lawn. At that point, we contacted Lottie for advice, and she went to work. Before we knew it, we were previewing the home, working the paperwork to pre-qualify, and shortly thereafter, with Lottie as our representative, making an offer. We were lucky enough to have the winning offer, out of four, and we were thrilled!
But it doesn't stop there...as our current home would need to be sold as well. When we were ready to go, Lottie called in the troops, and her team of experts went to work. We did a lot of work to make the house ready for the market, and along with a staging expert, landscaping team, and some extra elbow grease with a hearty cleaning...our little house was glowing.
All of this effort paid off...and while it was incredibly stressful at times as we both work full time and are raising a 7 month old (plus a menagerie of pets), we sold in ONE WEEK! Lottie is a true professional, and helped smooth our ruffled feathers many times, while encouraging us and making the tough spots seem incredibly smooth. We couldn't be more thrilled with the end result...a new larger home for our growing family...plus the quick sale of our existing home.
