It's is called The Plaza in Salt Lake City UT. It is bordered by Temple Square, The Joseph Smith Memorial Building (the century old Hotel Utah), The Church Office Building (26 floors), Beehive House and Lion House. Actually the Plaza is the roof of a multi-level carpark. The warmth from the carpark allows a profusion of early spring flowers - and they are there everywhere, color, shape and type.
