Tuesday Tidbits for Flower Mound, Texas on 9/5/2023 My Flower Mound Town News and Events reports the Town Ranked No. 2 "Best Place to Live in the U.S.," according to Lovability.com. The only city in North Texas appeared on the list. Rankings were based on: Safe neighborhoods Excellent schools Low property taxes Great medical care S&P, Fitch Reaffirm Flower Mound's AAA Bond Rating.
