I want you to know that after doing this for many years, I still marvel of all things that have to be considered when navigating through the purchase or the sale. This business doesn't teach you everything you need to know first time in or out of it. Its rich with material and must knows

HOW WOULD YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW?

In fact, the more you visit with it, the more it hands you experience, education and knowledge that makes for a better practitioner when dealing with this larger than life subject matter. But then there is the problem and it is subtle too. How would you know what to know?

YOU WANT THE BEST OUTCOME

Most people have only done this once in their life. If they have attempted to do it on their own, then I say bravo to you. I remember my first transaction and so many things went wrong I couldn't wait for my next one to practice what I learned. To get the better result beckoned me

THE ONE TIME BUYER & SELLER...

But I was an agent not a buyer or a seller. Those guys only get one chance at it and hoping for the best when this type of money is involved is not the professional way to go. You want to make sure you get a licensed professional agent on board who makes sure all that is supposed to take place does just that. There is no hope involved. Its a maximum results game!

AT IT AGAIN ARE YOU?

Even if you did this more than once, Real Estate does and will work on a part time basis but it doesn't guarantee maximum outcome, efficiency or results plus error is always lurking in the shadows for the inexperienced too. WHY? Because with each transaction, you see where you can be more effective or efficient which translates to saving or making money and time.

OH NO...SHUCKS AND... BOY OH BOY DYNAMICS

You will also see and hear the famous "I will never do that again"..."That didn't work" and "why did that happen"? Anyone who does Real Estate for a living will make sure you live the experience allowing you to say...That went really well....thank you

Richie, I live for the day I can say ... that went really well ... thank you. We all love those magical transactions that go smoothly.
