Most Realtors today have a facebook page for their business but only a few actually use it to promote their listings. I agree that only using your page to promote your listings could be annoying to your fans. However there is a balance and posting your listing updates and open houses can benefit your fans as well.
Most of your fans would most likely be the people that live in the neighborhoods that you sell. They probaly like to be updated about what's going on the neighborhood and follow your page to get updates about local businesses, farmers markets, community updates, … (3 comments)

Most QR Code campaigns today pretty much suck. This is a really sad fact because the technology itself is brilliant and cost effective. With the proliferation of web-enabled smartphones, the potential reach is just going to grow. The ability to use something physical like a piece of paper or a billboard to capture consumers and engage with them via their smartphones is fascinating and opens up new marketing opportunities.
