Today's Market

I know that so many of us have been waiting for the market to take the "dive" before we jump in.  I have been one in thinking to wait before I invest, but I think that with the seller's needing to sell now and the interest rates down again, that now is the time. 

Start looking in that area that you are interested in and I am sure something will come up that will be a great deal for you.  I hate to take advantage of other's misfortunes, but in most cases I have noticed that it would be a help to some of these folks who want to get out with what credit score they have left.
