new year: May you Sparkle and Shine in the New Year - 12/31/16 09:02 AM

It's easy to get sentimental and philosophical as another year ends. This year, we are busy helping a multi-generational family find a good match. Therefore, we'll be showing homes this morning, and perhaps writing up an offer this afternoon. We think it's the perfect way to end 2016.
Later, we'll toast the New Year together with a glass of Prosecco. Doubt we'll make it to midnight, but you never know. It could happen. We are ready to face 2017 with hearts full of love and gratitude. We'll also be toasting to you tonight. May you sparkle and shine in the New Year.

new year: Reflection and Anticipation as 2014 comes to an end. - 12/31/14 01:45 AM
A Natural Time to Reflect.

Active Rain, videos, my SOI, and passion for customer service all proved to be winning sources of business in the past year. A trial run with Trulia, and several mail campaigns did not. Therefore, I will continue utilize the aforementioned resources and activities that did bring results.

Anticipation - a necessary component for growth.

What will 2014 Bring? Your Goals - or their Needs?
Life is full of surprises. In spite of our best laid plans, unexpected things happen - some good, some not-so-good. How will you handle those challenges next year? Perhaps a bit of reflection is in order as 2013 comes to a close.
Lets face it, we all need a business and personal plan if we want to grab the most out of life. To operate without a road map is pretty cavalier, and worse, can prevent us from getting where we want to go.
Therefore, let’s assume you, similar to the … (59 comments)

new year: New Year's Eve 2012 - Hell-o 2013, but not quite yet. - 12/31/12 03:38 AM

The holidays come to a close tomorrow. New Year's Day is generally a take down and clean-up process at our house, with football games playing in the background. While cleaning, I often find myself reflecting on the past year - the ups, and the downs.
Later tonight, we'll join some friends for a quiet evening as we toast in a New Year. Currently, I'm still in holiday mode. The decorations sparkle, the wrapping supplies are still in the spare room and I won't make the bed in the guest room later today, maybe not even tomorrow.
Even though, the … (28 comments)
