Here is a recent picture of a old pool table left behind by one of the tenants that we just evicted. This has to be your worst nightmare as a property manager. How am I going to dispose of an old pool table? I tried to call the past tenant to see if they could remove this item from the home? Their phone was disconnected. That makes sense since they could not pay the rent.
