Arvada is a historical small town about midway between Denver and Boulder, Colorado. Full of homes of all styles and sizes, built anytime from the Victorian era to new construction. Neighborhoods offer all types of amenities from rec centers to wildlife refuges and entertainment to rival its larger neighbors. Excellent schools, both public and private, charter and specialized. Closer to the mountains, but not so close we get the wind and deeper snowfalls of foothills towns.
Schools are Vanderhoof Elementary, Drake Middle School, and Arvada West High School.
