I think the patio makes the flowers 'pop'. Is that poured concrete or did they actually use mortar?

NO WAY Bruce! My hubby insists on one of those ugly things in our yard (he used it as a beer bong in college days!!)...So it is in the back yard and I do my best to hit it with the lawnmower each week! LOL
