Clear Capital knows how to pay agents in a timely manner. They are the only mill I work with.
I receive over a dozen BPO's per week and have never heard of BPO University.
Thanks for your comments! James and Doug I agree 100% with you, Clear Capital is my absolute favorite BPO mill!
David, BPO University is an accredited real estate school in Washington state that offers both accredited and non-accredited courses strictly on BPO's. Simply do a Google keyword search to learn more, thanks for asking!

I would love to earn extra income doing BPOs. I spent some considerable time registering at dozens of BPO companies about a year ago. I applied at all the top companies that people recommended. To date, I have not had a single opportunity to do a BPO. Only one company, UTLS, contacts me with BPO offers. Even if I respond immediately, the second the email arrives in my Inbox, I am taken to a page that says another agent has already accepted the job. I have never been contacted by any of the other BPO companies I applied to. Can anyone share what you did to get the BPO companies to offer you jobs?
Lorin, thanks for your reply and comment! After reading your reply I couldn't help but wonder where you are located. Then I looked at your signature line of your Activerain account and saw that you service the Atlanta area.
This is one of your issues. You service an area where there are lots of competition. Many people that got into the business 4-5 years ago or further back have a big lock down over many companies because they have been with them longer and many have achieved preferred status, thus they get orders assigned to them directly. Most times these 'Senior' agents and brokers have more work than they know what to do with.
So, newer agents need to know that it is going to be much harder for them to break into the business now. I know that is a hard pill to swallow or difficult to hear, but I have found that it is the truth.
The good news is that there is alway hope and opportunity. If you are willing to go above and beyond what a typical agent or broker does that is trying to gain work as well then you will see results over time.
It sounds like you would be a very good candidate for an AutoAccept software. The software will help you catch more broadcast orders that you are missing out on because someone else gets them before you (for whatever reason). We just released our newest AutoAccept software called Order Central and have a free 14 day trial of it by going to: http://www.bpo-automation.com/ordercentral.html#register
Lastly, you asked if anyone can share with you how to get the companies to offer you work. Companies are not going to bother calling or emailing a newbie when they typically have a full roster of experienced agents that already have a rating with them, so you will need to politely 'bug' them or nudge them with gentle reminders and phone calls. Ask for one chance to prove yourself, tell them you can be their go-to person for any order that no one else wants, or one that is too far out for most agents, etc. You will need to be creative and persistent. Another item you may want to look into is NABPOP's BPO Certification, many companies recognize this and are starting to ask that agents be BPO certified. (EML is one company)
The broadcast companies that have high volumes of BPO work in your area are:
1. EML
2. Mark to Market
3. PCV Murcor
4. Ocwen
5. Proteck
6. Old Republic
7. UTLS
To name but a few companies. Also, I pulled this information out of our stats tool that is within the Order Central software.
Hope this helps and good luck to you,
Nicole Ocean
I have to agree about Clear Capital. I enjoy working for them. The one company I am ready to ditch though is CoreLogic. I am constantly bombarded with Additional Information Requests about exceeding search parameters, even when I fully explain why I had to choose the comps I used. For what they pay, it is fast becoming a minimum wage job. They just can't seem to grasp the true concept of Ruralisms and real estate and they have problems with railways and major highways dividing comps. With true rural, it really doesnt matter. I also like PVC Murcor and Protek.
