Re/Max Sunset Realty and Patriotic Fireworks presented it's 3rd Annual Fireworks Extravaganza at The Angelus in Hudson-Florida on Saturday. (See previous post) The fund-raiser was a great day with bands, food, beer, games, and all kinds of fun stuff to do. The fireworks were spectacular despite a rainstorm earlier in the evening. We did have to take the big balloon down though.

What is The Angelus. The Angelus is a “place to live, to love, to learn”. It is home for severely handicapped persons who are not able to care for themselves. All of the residents and students have cerebral palsy and all use wheelchairs.

Re/Max Sunset Realty has supported The Angelus Family Extravaganza for the past 2 years and each year it gets bigger and better. This year was the BEST EVER!

We are under a Burn Ban and in a severe drought here in Texas so we didn't have any fireworks in our area. Maybe next year we will be able to have some fireworks. Didn't seem like the end to a good Fourth of July without them.
