Anita, Love the thrill ride analogy!  With such a relatively low number of sales, it's so easy for the data to widely fluctuate.  Hopefully sales pick up, smooth the data a bit and decrease that high inventory.

Hello Anita,

Keep plugging away. In 2012 I think sales will pick up as consumers stop waiting and start buying. Thus the days on the market will plummet.

No more fence sitting, buyers will come out in force in 2012.

See if my prediction is correct by April 2012.
