Anita, A very consistent market on homes sold that doesn't seem to have the seasonal influence we see in our area.  Good sales price ratios too.  Obviously buyers and sellers in your area should be calling you for the latest info and how you can best serve them!

Hi Anita, Glad to see the market is not to bad there. So many of the areas of the Country are improving. Cannot wait until it hits our area.
