The entrance - Never underestimate the importance of that first impression. The entrance should be made warm and "invite" the buyer into the home.

Great staging, Kathy ... as usual!!  Buyers would be lost in the first 3 homes .... but they'd feel right "at home" coming into your staged properties.  Not only does your staging help with ideas for furniture placement, it presents a lifestyle the buyer likely aspires to.  Very nice photos as well :-))

I love the title, Kathy!  Most people wouldn't even know there was room for a table in that foyer based on the "naked" pic.  Love the living room furniture, and the arrangement!

Kathy- as always I love what you've done.  The space is lovely on its own but lacked the extra "wow" factor.  And as you illustrated, staging rooms allows the Buyer to see how their own furniture might work or possibly provide suggestions on the use of the room.

Hi Kathy--I'm laughing about your title--and it is just perfect.  So, of course, is your staging and the message that vacant homes offer no appeal or possibility to most buyers today.  Especially since buyers have so many, many choices.

The #1 After shot-Your staging displayed the generous square footage offered in the same  entry!

Naked rooms?!!  Quick - get some furniture and accessories in to warm the poor house up!  Great examples of what a difference professional staging can make.  Naked Empty = cold.  Dressed Staged = warm & inviting.
