With the economy the way it is and last year being one of the worst in my real estate career, who would have thought we would see multiple offers on real estate this year and so early in the year as well?
I have multiple offers on a property right now and this is the third, yes, I said THIRD one I've had this year already. It is amazing! Spring has sprung and everyone is now interested in finally buying a property. This is so good. Inventory levels have been high and right now we actually NEED listings! So, if you are planning on selling, please give me a call. 
Prices are softer than they have been in a long time and buyers are realizing prices may be going up again soon. So, now is the perfect time to buy. Interest rates are low and a buyer can get a lot more for their money if they buy now instead of maybe waiting another year. Multiple offers is a great sign for the recovery. Bankers and inspectors, appraisers, and title companies are all very busy now. It is a good time in the beautiful Texas Hill Country!
