I often come across posts for the same subject here on ActiveRain. With tens of thousands of agents sharing, it is most likely that this will happen more often than not. What I do find odd is people comments stating they already done this post or read someone else and at the same time failing to appreciate the post in question
I CAN RELATE
People write about their experiences and often those situations is what we all have in common. Take seller pricing for instance. Who hasn't met a seller who is not sure about their pricing or being unrealistic as well. But we do well to remind each other that while everything is similar, no two transactions are the same. Thus, I like hearing about it
THIS IS THEIR EXPERIENCE
I want to hear about this persons experience, their area and the outcome. Leaving a remark stating this has been done or someone else already posted this is not in support of the person or the post.
THE NEWBIES DO IT ALL THE TIME
Newbies have a tendency to blog about many things the veterans have been there and done that but it is their first time out. How would they know the subject has been tossed around recently or otherwise? They are just contributing and trying to find their footing. They chose a subject and posted it as they should
ONE THING LEADS TO ANOTHER
Everything is connected in one way or another. I often read something of interest that causes me ponder one of my old or current deals and sometimes it brings a post for me to share. This dynamic can be under appreciated
POST APPRECIATION
Each post deserves its own recognition...it's day in the sun
