Real Estate Market in Bonaire Georgia 31005, October 2012

The real estate market in Bonaire Georgia was extremely busy with more properties sold (30) in October than any other time in the past 12 months.  A quick comparison of Oct 2011/2012 shows 60% more sales and 32% less market time in October 2012.  Looking at the current Bonaire real estate market versus the 12-month average shows more strong numbers with 37% more sales and 32% less days-on-the-market this past month.

With 4 months of available inventory. Bonaire is currently experiencing a sellers market. In October, the average sales price was over $178K and the sales price to list price ratio was an excellent 98.36%. The good news for buyers is that there are nearly 140 Bonaire homes to choose from so good deals are still available for savvy consumers.
