Census Takers Need to Be Careful

This one is written for Roger's Movie Contest.

I was going to just put these two photos up and ask if you know the movie but then it would not have been enough words. So I will follow the rules and not do it the Rome Way.

Before reading any further... I am curious how many would identify the movie with the fava beans and Chianti?

And how do I relate this to real estate?

"A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti." And then there was that sound he made.

Hard to forget.

The Silence of the Lambs was released on Valentine's Day 1991. It won academy awards in all top five categories.

It is also the first Best Picture winner widely considered to be a horror film.

Years ago, we never had to worry about being eaten with a side of fava beans and a nice glass of chianti. Times have certainly changed, and the world somehow seems to become more dangerous every day.
