No doubt about it Ginny.  Good location and literally right next to Feagin Mill Middle School.

Debbie...no reason for renters not to buy when it is cheaper than paying someone else's mortgage for them.

Larry/Sheila: and a home in this community would make a decent investment rental property as well.
