A storm is coming, time to clean my gutters.
I talk to clients all the time about the need for clean gutters and downspouts. Failure to clean the gutters can lead to all sorts of water related damages in and around the house. It’s a good idea to clear the debris from the gutters at least once a year, many homes may require more.
If you are not sure about your home’s gutters and downspouts, contact a qualified contractor in your area for advice.
Good advice. I listed a home a few months ago where there were 12" high trees growing in them. Full to the top!
I think I've seen some gutters like that here William; it's not go to have plants growing up there! :)
1. I have never seen galvanized gutters! Perhaps for the reason you show here - they rust!
2. I have never seen that roofing material! What in the world is it?
3. I have never seen a gutter abut a window! Very, very odd!

Tom, We have gutter guards on so my husband doesn't have to get up on a 20 foot ladder. Clean gutters keep water out of the house and out from under the house.
