Today notice how often you criticize, condemn or complain - even if you only do it in your head and don't verbalize it. We are all our own worse enemies. For it is our own thoughts and our own beliefs that cause us the greatest harm.

These days more and more doctors, psychologist, researchers and many others are beginning to realize that what we achieve and become in life has as much, or more, to do with our our attitudes and our beliefs as anything else.
If you always have a negative attitude about everything and everyone and if your beliefs are constantly affirming that little is possible for you to do or be, than it is likely that you will be miserable and achieve little if anything of value with your time here on this earth.
This New Day which the Lord has given us may be the perfect day to not complain or condemn or criticize anyone, including yourself. Take a good look at what your beliefs are telling you that you can have in your life! And an even better look at what your beliefs are telling you that you can not have, do or be!
