It Takes A Team Working Together To Close On A Property
This blog by George Souto, Show what teamwork is all about and what it can do for you when trying to improve your business. Try pushing a car out of a snow drift. Then ask 4 other people to help you. It's obvious that teamwork makes thing a whole lot easier and less stressful.
Debe Maxwell's blog yesterday titled "Building Trust in Customers AND Our Peers", reminded me about how important team work is in completing a successful Real Estate transaction. I am sure that most everyone has heard the term "It takes a village to raise a child". The same is true in the purchase of a home, It Takes A Team Working Together To Close On A Property. Everyone involved in a Real Estate transaction needs to be pulling together, and in the same direction in order for there to be a successful Closing.
A successful Closing depends on several individuals following doing on what needs to be done throughout the process. A Closing depends on a:
- Buyer
- Seller
- Realtor(s)
- Loan Originator
- Attorney's
- Home Inspector
All these individuals need to be focused on their part of the process, and willingness to achieve the ultimate goal of a successful Closing.
in order to achieve a successful Closing everyone needs to work as a team. Working as a team is the only way we can achieve the goal. If even just one person on the team is not focused on the ultimate goal, than no matter how hard the rest try, the goal of a successful Closing will be at risk.
A number of years ago the word TEAM was broken down for me this way:
- Together
- Everyone
- Achieves
- More
It may "take a village to raise a child", but It Takes A Team Working Together To Close On A Property. Everyone involved in a Real Estate transaction needs to be pulling together, and in the same direction in order for there to be a successful Closing.
